Upon connecting with Excite, a recruitment specialist will conduct an in-depth discussion with you to uncover your background, talents, interests, and career goals. During this discussion, the recruitment specialist will go over your previous work experience, credentials/certifications (if applicable), and other details that are relevant to the type of job you are seeking.
After your initial discussions, the recruitment specialist will guide you through a technical screening review to verify your skills and work eligibility. Once this is completed, the recruitment specialist goes to work finding you the position you desire.
After the compliance check, the Excite Account Executive will do a final screen to discuss the specific work environment the employee will be entering. The Account Executive is most familiar with the particular client and can make certain the employee is going to be the perfect fit for our customer as well as employee.
As soon as the recruitments specialist discovers the right assignment for you, you will be notified immediately and if it is a match, steps will be taken for you to begin your new job. Should it not match your needs, the recruitment specialist will continue working until the right position arises.
