Job Description:
The Epic Resolute Builder’s role is to successfully implement the application including configuration, building, and installation.

Responsibilities include:

• Implement Epic Resolute application
• Identify areas for improvement
• Assist with system design
• Provide end-user support for Epic Resolute application
• Validate workflows and configurations for Epic Resolute
• Maintain data quality
• Participate in testing and training
• Troubleshoot problems and questions during training and go-live
• Serve as liaison between users and implementation staff

Job Requirements:

• Epic Resolute certification
• At least two years build and workflow experience
• At least two years Resolute consulting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Willingness to travel 75%
• Experience in unit, application and end to end testing
• Technical and functional knowledge
• Ability to work in small groups under tight project deadlines
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to effectively present information to clinical and business leaders within the organization
