Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with the execution and debugging of benefits-related test cases
• Assist with the configuration of PeopleSoft for a customized benefits enrollment process

At Excite, we value your unique background and want to be sure your experience matches the job.  For the Ben Admin, PeopleSoft HCM Version 9.1 position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Must have extensive documented Ben Admin experience in relation to PeopleSoft HCM Version 9.1
• Must have documented open enrollment experience
• Must know how to work with the Ben Admin module in PeopleSoft from a functional (end-user and configuration) perspective
• Technical and functional knowledge
• Ability to work in small groups under tight project deadlines
• Willingness to travel 75%
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to effectively present information to clinical and business leaders within the organization
