Job Description:
The Anesthesia Principal Trainer’s main role is to successfully develop, maintain, and support training and training materials for their respective application.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain course curricula and training materials for the application
• Build, test, and maintain the training environment
• Oversee training policy and procedure updates
• Conduct end-user training
• Coordinate training for software upgrades
• Serve in a train-the-trainer role in order to train staff as credentialed trainers to assist with training

Requirements: 

• Epic Certification
• Must have implementation experience
• Must have knowledge of project concepts and deadlines
• Must have knowledge of hospital culture and physician practice processes (Ambulatory only)
• Willingness to travel 75%
• Experience in unit, application and end to end testing
• Technical and functional knowledge
• Ability to work in small groups under tight project deadlines
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to effectively present information to clinical and business leaders within the organization
